GAME MECHANICS
Part #1​
In a group game or one-on-one we analyze your brand and create a Brand Matrix for you based on12 segments: expertise, brand identity, storytelling, monetization, etc . This phase typically takes about 30-40 minutes.

During a personalized session, we can extend the time if you, as the client, wish to conduct a comprehensive analysis, discussing each segment in detail. This allows us to craft a meticulous action plan tailored to your brand's unique needs.

Upon completion of the matrix review, you receive a comprehensive breakdown highlighting specific areas for improvement.

Part #2
The second part is an engaging and insightful game with cards crafted for a deep analysis of challenging aspects in your brand.
This interactive session will help with a deeper exploration of each segment, accompanied by probing questions on the cards. This dynamic part will bring inspiration and innovative thinking.
The outcome for the each participant is a detailed action plan that will help to transform challenges into strategic opportunities, and will help you get an effective brand enhancement strategy.

Katerina Touchon
a marketing and branding expert with over 13 years of experience, co-founder of the marketing agency Fading Square (USA).
She was born in Moscow and has been living and working in the USA for the last 5 years. Over her career, she has worked with government and private projects, charitable foundations, galleries, museums, and commercial brands such as Marlboro, Parliament, Jegermeister, BMW, Dulux, Philips, Qatar Airlines, KLM, Jules Pansu, Schwarzkopf, Calvin Klein, Reebok, and venues like ARTPLAY, Red October, FLACON, Club PRAVDA, banks like Otkrytie, Sber Private Banking, and more.
Katerina has worked with clients from USA, UK, France, South Africa, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Russia, Ukraine, and others.
She is also an expert in art marketing, the founder of the FRWART project for promoting art, and a co-owner of the Touchon Gallery in Los Angeles.
