HOW

it works

GAME MECHANICS

Part #1​

​

We’ll meet in a small group or one-on-one and map your art brand across 12 areas (identity, expertise, story, audience, image, promotion, monetization, and more).
This takes about 30–40 minutes.

​

During the personal game, if you want to go deeper, we can spend extra time on each area and turn your notes into a clear next-steps plan for your practice.

​

By the end of Part 1 you’ll have a simple overview of what’s strong, what’s missing, and what to focus on next.

​

Part #2

Then we play a card-based game that helps you explore the trickier parts of your brand.


The questions on the cards open new ideas and help you see connections you might have missed.

​

Outcome: you leave with a practical action plan—how to turn challenges into opportunities and make your brand more visible and powerful in the art world.

Speaker and Host:​

Katerina Touchon -

a Russian-American art marketing and branding expert with over 15 years of experience, was born in Moscow and is now based in the United States. She has worked across the art ecosystem: galleries, government projects, nonprofits, museums, and global brands—with major institutions including the State Russian Museum, EXPOSED Art Center, ARTPLAY, and companies such as Schwarzkopf, BMW, Calvin Klein, Dulux, and others. She has collaborated with artists from five continents and has organized festivals, exhibitions, and creative projects.

She has helped dozens of artists from five continents with promotion and presentation - positioning, “packaging” (portfolios, statements, websites), and art branding—so their work is clearly seen by galleries, collectors, and audiences.

 

Katerina is the founder of Fading Square Marketing in Los Angeles and FRWART | Artists Promotion, a program dedicated to empowering artists to promote themselves and create opportunities. She continues to provide management and marketing support for artists, galleries, and art projects worldwide.
